Very nice park near highways and interstate. It is in an industrial area, but very clean. It has a large sign on the corner but it needs a sign showing the entrance which is not on the corner. The office has a very small sign about Lake Haven with another larger sign. The help was very friendly and they have an area map showing Wal-Mart, shopping and groceries. We would return.

Very nice park with level gravel sites. The help was very friendly. There is a large dump site. The roads from the freeways were often very narrow and without shoulders. It is more than 15 miles to the nearest highway that is not a state or county road. If you are going to Mammoth Cave the office will give you driving instructions that include a ferry ride across the Green River. It is much shorter than taking the road around the park.

Older park under new management/ownership. They are really cleaning up the park. It is heavily wooded. They have had organized group activities. There are several cabins. It looks like the new owners will make this into a first class park.

Very nice well maintained COE park. We stayed in an electric only for the first two nights and then moved to a full hookup first come first served site.

Nice park. The entrance was so overgrown that it was impossible to get into the park without having both sides of the rig scraped by brush and the office was poorly marked. It is also heavily treed so that satellite TV was difficult in many sites.

Very nice park. There is some construction for a government facility just south of the park, but very little noise and no freeway noise. The sites ALL have plantings and shrubs. It is big rig friendly with enough space to leave your toad connected, if you wish, in the site. Flat and level sites, with paved roads. There is no pool and the greenhouse is not in use in July. It would be a ten with a pool, morning newspapers, and trash pickup at your site. We would certainly return.

This is a very nice resort type park. It has seen better days but they appear to be working hard to keep the park and landscaping up. Interior roads are gravel. There are lots of activities for kids. We camped with an Resort Parks International discount.

Very nice park. Heavily wooded so that satellite was unusable but they had good free cable with about 70 channels. Some of the sites had satellite capability. The campground is hilly but the sites are huge and level. The hills make it impossible to see your neighbor as you are either above or below them. It has a very nice pool and the people working there are very nice. There were many permanent residents (for the summer) who were also very nice. The price was the monthly rate and had electricity added, but the electricity is only .06 per kilowatt hour in Gig Harbor (cheapest I have ever hear of).

Very nice clean park. You are welcomed by the camp host Clay Moore (sounds like a WWII mine) who gives you the scoop on things to see and good places to eat on the entire coast. There are two lighthouses in Newport. The sites are black top, wide and level. The sites are large enough for a 45' plus a toad. The view is of the historic bridge, bay, and homes on the opposite hill in Newport. The utilities are placed beside the side of the site. There is no night time noise or traffic. The showers and laundry are immaculate. The Hatfield science museum is less than a quarter of a mile, the brew pub is in the same parking lot. We had an enjoyable time here and would certainly recommend it and will return.

This is a VERY old park with dangerously low voltage (106 one morning). The sewer overflowed at a neighboring site. BUT the worst part is the narrow spaces for transients. With our slide out and the neighbor's slide out there was 27 inches between the two motorhomes. It is well located with respect to Yuma and has good activities.

This park has gone from an excellent RV park to a so-so trailer park with the advent of Ike. The owners have moved in many park model buildings as rentals. There are many Ike workers in the park with the problems caused by leaving their tools and personal items sitting around their trailers. Parking is non existent with trucks with ladders sticking out in the main roads. Because they are worker bees, they often start their diesel pickups at 5:30am making sleep difficult. Because of a supposed waiting list, they have raised their prices above $40 per night and a month now has only 28 days. Apparently they have doubled the cost of washer/dryers. Reportedly they have been investigated for price gouging. I would not nor will not stay in this park again until they get back to being an RV park.

This is a nice heavily wooded park that suckers you. When you arrive be careful as the entrance is poorly marked and you probably will miss it. The only sign is set back from the road and the visibility is covered by trees. Their idea of waterfront is a stagnant creek (apple) that comes from the cattle farm across the road. If you like a strong smell of cattle manure you will be at home. When you make your reservations for full hookup you will be given a "general" site. They have very few sewer hookups so their idea of a full hookup is the honey wagon that comes free on Monday and Thursday (they charge for other days). The voltage on their 30 amp sites (they told me on the telephone they had 50 amp) is so low that without an autoformer to boost it you will have to run your generator 24/7 (as our neighbor did). When they decide to water the lawn in your area the water pressure is nearly non existent. They turned on the sprinkler in the morning in our area and forgot about it apparently, as it was still running in the same place at dark. Other than the overwhelming smell, the mosquitoes, and the low voltage this park appeared nice.

Very spacious grassy sites with good blacktop interior roads. Nice rec room and immaculate rest rooms. Well run by very accommodating managers. We have stayed there before and will stay there again.
